Matcha Cookies

#receTEA - Matcha Cookies

Ingredients:
90 gr. butter
90 gr. icing sugar
2 tablespoons of matcha
1 egg
210 gr. flour
1 & 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt


Directions:
1. Mix the sugar and green tea. Add butter and work it. Add the egg.
2. Mix in another bowl 200 gr. flour with the salt and yeast into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap. Leave in the fridge an hour.
3. Sprinkle the surface with the remaining flour. Spread the dough with a rolling pin until a layer of 1/2 cm thick. Cut biscuits with a floured mold.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 165 degrees, about 8 or 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
